I saw this “press release” about a Survey conducted by Iron Mountain and thought I’d post about it for my blog visitors. Reprographers are, of course, interested in helping customers improve their business processes – that’s part and parcel of “document management” – so what Iron Mountain is doing should be good food for thought for reprographers.
